The Canadian diamond code of conduct was such a cool thing to come on the market. I really feel good about working with these certified stones. Equally, the material for the ring – 14k palladium white gold – is a material I can feel good about: no nickel, and no need for rhodium plating. The purity of palladium is alloyed to the purity of gold to make this platinum-looking clean metal.
Please note: I generally only work in 18k golds, but this ring is made from 14k palladium white gold, which is why it is priced as it is.
This diamond is set in 18k yellow gold, so that the wearer can mix and match what they want to wear with it. The diamond weighs 0.23ct and has ‘I’ colour and SI2 purity.
