Happy New Year to you all. I hope you have had positive time these last couple of weeks. I myself took ten whole days off, sat in meditation at an urban retreat, and spent wonderful time with family and friends. A huge dump of snow descended on Halifax in a matter of only one day, and it seemed to just mute all busyness.
I am ‘back at it’ this week, and joyfully so. I did some creative explorations around mourning my mother (still!), but I will tell you about this another time. Because, this morning, I came across a blog post that I found incredibly helpful, and I feel it important to share it.
