If your jewellery does not fit, simply ship it back to me right away (ship within 5 days of receiving it) via this easy Return step, for exchange.
If your piece is a ready-to-wear item, ordered off my website without any customization, I will send you back the size you need, or exchange it for a different piece or store credit, no problem.
Refunds are available within 5 days for ready-made pieces minus a 10% restocking fee.
If you are undecided between two or three pieces, you can always use my PickBox feature. I will send you the pieces to try on, and you can return any or all of the items if none are the right fit. Refunds are not available for custom or personalized items (see Custom Pieces below). To request a refund, please contact me
Know that I will be the person to handcraft your items as well as reply and ship your order, answering any questions or requests and allowing you to have a positive and rewarding experience.
You will notice the personal touches all the way from communication to packaging – my care will be palpable.
Before you order
If you are unsure of your ring size, I recommend that you get sized by a professional jeweller in your area, or have me send you a complimentary plastic ring sizer. This will allow you to determine your size with precision in the comfort of your own home: you will know from the start that you will have a great fit.
If you are undecided which piece to purchase and have questions, simply book an appointment with me for a consultation via telephone, video call or in-person meeting at an event or studio visit here in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Should you be unsure which ring with gemstone or length of chain will be the perfect one, take advantage of my offer to send you your very own PickBox “Try Before You Buy”: it will allow you to try on up to three items in the comfort of your own home, before purchasing. I will ship the selection, made exclusively to your taste, to you for free!
Creating customized versions of my designs is a great joy for me. You will love the personal touch of the consultation and creation process. For such custom pieces, I am happy to make one alteration if it is possible; however, they are non-returnable.

Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing of ready-to-wear pieces. If the item isn’t in stock and needs to be newly created, it make take up to 2 weeks – I would let you know.
Once your piece is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification that your order is on its way.
Unless you are choosing free un-trackable shipping, please allow 1-8 business days for Canadian shipping, 4-10 days for USA shipping, and 1-3 weeks for international shipping, depending on service you choose and shipping speed in your country. Estimated delivery times can be calculated at check-out. Additional duties, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country’s specific requirements.
I will be in touch personally for shipping of Custom Pieces, which generally take 6-8 weeks to completion.
Either CanadaPost or UPS will be used for all shipments. In keeping with my values of sustainability, I use UPS’s carbon-neutral shipping when UPS shipping is selected. Read more on my Materials & Sustainability page.
