Know that I will be the person to handcraft your items as well as reply and ship your order, answering any questions or requests and allowing you to have a positive and rewarding experience.
You will notice the personal touches all the way from communication to packaging – my care will be palpable.
Before you order
If you are undecided between two or three pieces, you can always use my PickBox “Try Before You Buy” feature. I will send you up to three pieces to try on, and you can return any or all of the items if none are the right fit. Refunds are not available for custom or personalized items (see Custom Pieces below).
If you are unsure of your ring size, I recommend that you get sized by a professional jeweller in your area. Alternatively, let me send you a complimentary plastic ring sizer which will allow you to determine your size with precision in the comfort of your own home: you will know from the start that you will have a great fit.

I ship to Canada, USA, and most countries internationally from my studio in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Free shipping is available for mainland Canada and USA.
For ready-to-ship pieces, please allow:
- 3-14 business days for Canadian shipping
- 5-15 business days for USA shipping
- 1-3 weeks for international shipping
An additional 2 weeks for production is needed if the ordered item(s) are not in stock and needs to be newly created (you will be notified if this is the case).
Once your piece is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification that your order is on its way.
I will be in touch personally for shipping of custom pieces, which generally take 6-8 weeks to completion.
International shipping outside of Canada (sometimes including the USA) can incur extra charges on your end such as VAT, duties, customs, local sales taxes, etc. in accordance with your state or country’s specific requirements. I suggest you first contact me before placing your order.
Either CanadaPost or UPS will be used for all shipments. In keeping with my values of sustainability, I use UPS’s carbon-neutral shipping when UPS shipping is selected. Read more on my Materials & Sustainability page.
Free local pickup is available from my North End studio in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Please schedule a pickup time online.
Returns & Exchanges
If your jewellery does not fit, simply ship it back to me right away (ship within 5 days of receiving it) via this easy Return step, for exchange.
If your piece is a ready-to-wear item, ordered off my website without any customization, I will send you back the size you need, or exchange it for a different piece or store credit, no problem.
Refunds are available within 5 days for ready-made pieces minus a 10% restocking fee. To request a refund, please contact me.
Creating customized versions of my designs is a great joy for me. You will love the personal touch of the consultation and creation process. For such custom pieces, I am happy to make one alteration if it is possible; however, they are non-returnable.
For this reason, it is important that we have a conversation and exactly determine your requirements, including your size, before we embark on the Custom Creation Journey together.
