How does it work?
1. Select Your Jewellery
Add up to four items to your online shopping cart (either different items, or the same item in different sizes), and then simply select “PickBox” as your payment option at checkout.
We will contact you shortly thereafter for your credit card information and then place a hold on your credit card (which we will keep until we receive the jewellery back). Your items will then be shipped to you.
3. Try It On
Once you receive your package, open it up and try your jewellery on. Play around: see how it feels and see how it fits! Whether you love it, decide you want to customize it, or it’s not for you, no problem.
4. Keep it or return it
By using the return label provided, safely pack up your jewellery and drop it off at your local post office by the agreed date. Once we receive the package, we will take the hold off your card. You will only be charged for the piece(s) you loved & kept. Easy-peasy!
Of course if you are local in Halifax, the delivery & return process will be a bit simpler. I’ll be in touch!
How It Works
When you order pieces to try on (max 4), Dorothée will contact you for your credit card information. Before shipping the pieces to you, your card credit will be pre-authorized for the total amount. It will not be charged – just pre-authorized. (Your credit card will remain pre-authorized until we receive the jewellery back).
Try It On
Once you receive your package, you have three days to try your jewellery. In order to prevent damage, I ask that you please do not wear it continuously. Having said that, do play around a bit: see how it feels and see how it fits! Whether you love it, want to customize it, or it’s not for you, no problem.
Returning or Keeping
Once you have made your choice, take the return shipping label out of the box. Wrap up the pieces you do not want as securely as you received them, and replace them in the shipping box. Make sure nothing rattles around. Close the cardboard shipping box with packing tape, and affix the return shipping label. Drop this labelled box off at your local Post Office. Your card will then be charged for whichever pieces you’ve decided to keep, and the pre-authorization amount will be released. If you return all pieces, you will not be charged at all.
